Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty was created in 1998 after a lot of experimentation to make a unique putty product. While Crazy Aaron’s products are available in retail stores, Crazy Aaron’s flagship retail store is located at 700 East Main Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Norristown is northwest of Philadelphia, and close to King of Prussia.
Be sure to check the store’s hours, as they are typically closed on Sundays and Mondays. Check their website for their current hours before heading there.
As expected, their flagship store is very colorful, with many opportunities to get hands on with their products. In addition to thinking putty, there’s also a dough-like product, and of course, slime!
There are tons of variations of their main putty product, with many colors and themes. Some of their products include a scent, while others contain sparkles or special crackling putty.
When visiting the flagship store, customers are invited to make their own mini tin of putty. There is a brief explanation of how to mix the different colors, and then you can create your own with the samples they provide. Colored pencils are provided to decorate the top of your tin.
