Lapp Valley Farm has three locations in the Lancaster area. Their farm is located at 244 Mentzer Road in New Holland. At the farm, there’s a creamery with a large deck for enjoying your ice cream. You can also view their cows and play on the small tractor playset.
Another Lapp Valley Farm location is at Kitchen Kettle Village. The address of the Kitchen Kettle Village location is 3529 Old Philadelphia Pike in Intercourse, PA. This location is small, as it only serves ice cream at an outdoor stand.
Another gem of a location that opened recently is the Lapp Valley Farm Creamery & Café. This location is at 4040 Old Philadelphia Pike in Gordansville, PA. Even though it’s technically in a different town than Kitchen Kettle Village, it’s very close, at only a five minute drive down the road.
This large store includes a creamery and café, as well as some other grocery items for sale. The gem of this building is the play space for kids that’s located close to seating for the café.
The play space includes a barn with slide, along with a cow that can be pretend “milked”. This area also includes tables for eating at the café or enjoying your ice cream from the creamery.
There are additional seats in the main area of the cafe, complete with a fireplace and rocking chairs.
Outside, there’s also seating with a fireplace. Don’t miss the other store that’s also included in this building, Emma’s Gourmet Popcorn. This store includes a crepe shack and coffee bar. The crepe stand also serves acai bowls and smoothies.
