Ocean Casino Resort (affiliate link) is located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The resort is close to the end of the boardwalk and located beside the Showboat Resort which features the new Island Waterpark.

While Ocean Casino Resort has one area dedicated to a casino, much of the other areas of the resort are kid-friendly. There’s an indoor / outdoor pool, as well as a mini-golf course, food court, and it’s steps from the beach.

Rooms at Ocean Resort (affiliate link) have floor-to-ceiling windows and provide views of the city or the ocean. There are large rooms available with one or two bedrooms, as well as regular rooms with two queen beds.

The indoor / outdoor pool is located through the spa area, and includes loungers both indoors and outdoors. Note that your key card for your room is needed to access the pools to receive a wristband.

The pool area has food service available and a drink shack on the outdoor pool deck in the summer. There are adult swim hours in the mornings, and all swim hours throughout the day. Other adults-only pools are available at the resort.

There’s a passageway in the pool to swim from indoors to outdoors. In the area of the door, there’s also a rain shower that can be on or off, depending on the time of day.

The indoor pool also features two pool tables, table seating, and a few couches.

There are many options for food throughout the resort, ranging from quick service places to casual sit down restaurants to fine dining. Caffeccino in the main lobby provides a variety of sandwiches, wraps, pastries, flatbread pizza, and of course, many types of drinks.

Seating is available in the lobby for relaxing, eating, or taking in the views. If the weather is nice, don’t miss the outdoor seating with beautiful views.

Casual dining includes three different restaurants, plus there is fine dining including a French bistro, an Italian restaurant, and of course, a steakhouse.

Finally, the beach and boardwalk are just steps outside the resort. Chairs and beach umbrellas can be rented from the resort, or you can bring your own.

The beach is narrow compared to some other New Jersey beaches and beach tags are not needed. Lifeguards are on duty during certain hours in the summer, and showers are available at the beach entrances.

Steel Pier is located within walking distance to Ocean Casino Resort. There are also additional shops and restaurants throughout the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
