Tree Trekkers is an outdoor aerial adventure and zipline park located in Frederick, Maryland. Frederick is located north of Washington, D.C. and west of Baltimore. Their address is 9560 Old National Pike, Frederick, MD.
The adventure park has 16 aerial challenge courses, called Timber Trek trails. There are age and weight requirements to use certain levels. See their website for details about park policies. There are eight different levels of difficulty in the adventure course.
Purchase adventure tickets to access the course in advance to ensure a spot. There is a Timber Trek Adventure Experience recommended for ages 8 and over. Ages 4 to 7 must be accompanied by an adult climber, and they can purchase the Little-Foot experience combo ticket.
Upon arriving, head to the main building where you can check in for your reserved time, purchase gloves, which are recommended, and sign a waiver.
The Little-Foot Combo includes one adult ticket and one youth ticket for young climbers. This combo is the recommendation for ages 4 to 7, and includes access to only the lower, purple trails.
Before your adventure begins, you’ll be fitted for a harness and participate in ground school to ensure you know how to use their clip climbers. After ground school, you’ll start on the main platform and choose your course. One course is all ziplines, while others vary in difficultly and height.
In addition to the challenge course trails, there’s also a “little foot” playground for young children and toddlers.
Tips for Visiting Tree Trekkers

Outside food and drink is permitted, and they have pavilions and tables available on a first-come, first-serve basis when there aren’t any group reservations.
