Hershey Farm Resort (affiliate link) is located at 240 Hartman Bridge Road in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The resort is close to the driveway which leads to the Sight & Sound Theatre, and a couple of miles from Route 30.

The resort includes a grand smorgasbord, café, shops, and overnight accommodations including an outdoor pool in the summer. On their scenic property with a walking trail and pond, there’s also a small barn with animals and two playsets.
Grand Smorgasbord

The the grand smorgasbord is a restaurant which serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner on most days. The smorgasbord is closed all day on Mondays and Sundays for dinner. Their schedule is subject to change, so check out their current dining schedule here.
Café 23

Café 23 is located upstairs from the shoppes and smorgasbord. It offers paninis, flatbreads, salads, wraps, and soups, plus bakery items and ice cream. The café includes an outdoor deck in good weather, which overlooks the resort’s outdoor pool.

The shoppes in the main building include a a boutique with clothing, toys, souvenirs, and gifts made by local crafters. There’s also a separate bakery with a variety of breads, whoopie pies, and other baked goods.

Overnight Accommodations
The overnight accommodations at Hershey Farm Resort include several options for your stay. There are rooms available in the main building, called the hotel rooms, plus a carriage house and farmhouse. The main building gives closer access to the seasonal outdoor pool.

Close to the carriage house is the pond, children’s playsets, and barn with goats, a peacock, and more.

Animal feed is available at the front desk of the hotel for a small fee. The animals have pens both inside and outside the barn.
