Kalahari Resort in the Poconos of Pennsylvania is the largest indoor water park in North America. This water park has it all. There’s two large toddler areas including a toddler-size lazy river. Aquatopia Indoor Water Park – Poconos
Aquatopia is the indoor water park at the Camelback Mountain Resort. Camelback is known for skiing and the largest snow tubing hill in America. There’s also Camelback Mountain Adventures, which features a mountain coaster and zip lines.

The Sweetest Place on Earth got a little sweeter when they built Hershey’s Water Works at Hershey Lodge several years ago. It’s a great add-on to a trip to the attractions in Hershey, PA. It also makes for a great rainy day or winter escape.
There are small slides and shallow water for toddlers. The big kids enjoy the Twizzler’s twist slides and Reese’s Cup walk.

Friendship Center became a Friendship YMCA in 2021. Check their website for details about their reopening.
The Friendship YMCA in Harrisburg has a zero-depth entry for toddlers and a big, yellow water slide for older kids. Check their website for their current access options.
North Arundel Aquatic Center – Glen Burnie
North Arundel Aquatic Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland is the only indoor water park on the list that does not allow swim diapers. Meaning, kids have to be at least 3 years old and potty trained in order to use their pool and water park. Also, keep in mind that you can’t hop between the big lap pool and the water park. Your admission fee includes one or the other and is for a timed swim session.

Germantown Indoor Swim Center – Germantown
Germantown Indoor Swim Center is located in Germantown, Maryland. There’s five small slides for the little kids and two large slides for the big kids (48″ and taller). This indoor water park can close when there are large swim meets in the facility, so always check their website before heading there.
The admission fee includes one timed swim / slide session.
Rollingcrest-Chillum Splash Pool – Chillum
Rollingcrest-Chillum is located in Chillum, Maryland, right outside of Washington, D.C. This indoor water park features a toddler area, several slides, and one large slide. There are daily admission fees to access the splash pool.

Big Kahuna’s Indoor Water Park
Big Kahuna in West Berlin, New Jersey has both an indoor water park and outdoor section of their water park. The indoor water park features a lazy river, large slide play structure, and many large water slides. There are tube slides and mat racers, as well as a small toddler area.

DoubleTree Resort Lancaster
DoubleTree Resort in Lancaster, Pennsylvania features a large indoor pool with lap lanes and also a children’s water playground. Derry Township Community Center – Hershey
